Account & data deletion
1. Email your request
Send an email from the address registered on your mytripfy account (if you still have access to it). If you no longer have access, send from any email and include as much detail as possible so we can verify your identity (e.g. full name, approximate signup date, profile URL or username).
2. What to include
• Subject line: "Account deletion request" or "Data deletion request" • State clearly that you want your account and personal data deleted • Include your registered email address if different from the sending address
3. What we delete
After we verify your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within approximately 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain certain records (e.g. tax or fraud prevention). Some anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
4. Third-party sign-in (Google, Apple, Facebook)
We use Clerk for authentication. After we delete your data in mytripfy, you may also remove mytripfy from the list of connected apps in your Google / Apple / Facebook account settings if you wish.
